The photo is from 2021 where the Lizzie McGuire star is showing off her gains.
This prompted many across the platform to start calling Hilary Duff: Hilary Buff.
The Twitter account @DailyLoud reposted the picture on December 4, 2023, which garnered over 14 million views within four hours.

What has Hilary Duff said about her fitness routine?
While many are interested in Hilary's fitness gains, the actress often speaks out about her love for the gym.
In an interview with People, Hilary opened up about going to the gym about three to four times a week in between acting and being a full-time mom.
"This is the first time I've really trained like that, and it makes such a huge difference, especially with my core and not getting hurt," she opened up to the outlet.
