And needless to say, it didn't take thrifty shoppers long to stock up.
Posting on the Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, one shopper shared a photo of a grey teddy fleece blanket which would have ordinarily set her back £6.
She wrote: "£1 in B&M!"
Meanwhile, another shopper was lucky enough to bag EIGHT cushions for just £6.
Sharing a photo of her haul on the group B&M Bargains and More, she explained: "Plain pink cushions [were] 50p and gold and pink [were] £1 each."

What's more, a third shopper filled her entire CAR with cushions, rugs and lamps she bought in B&M for just 50p.
And while other shoppers were in awe of the savings, several branded them "greedy".
One replied: "It is a tad greedy though..just saying!"
Another fumed: "I can never find any bargains at mine."
However, a third replied: "Congratulations! Amazing finds."
