In September, Styles was taken out by The Bloodline and had to be taken out of the arena in a stretcher.
He was rushed to the hospital from there, but it was never confirmed what exactly happened to him.
After a three month hiatus, the WWE star returned to the ring to come to the rescue of Randy Orton and LA Knight who were being berated by The Bloodline.
Styles ripped off his shirt when he got to the ring, showing a bulked up physique that left many fans shocked.

Quickly after revealing his new, shredded look, he dropped a phenomenal forearm on Roman Reigns to send him and The Bloodline running out of the ring.
However, he dropped a hard clothesline on LA Knight right after saving him, getting a chorus of boos from the crowd.
While Styles left some fans disappointed with how he acted in the ring, they were mostly surprised with how huge he looked.
Some fans even wondered if the WWE was allowing steroids for wrestlers to get even bigger.

"Insane transformation," a comment said.
Many fans drew comparisons between Styles and Orton, who also made a comeback recently.
Both wrestlers came back looking considerably bigger than before their hiatuses.
While it is unlikely anyone is using steroids to get bigger, fans are mainly appreciative of the effort their favorite stars are putting in outside the ring.
