Next, fans will get to watch him host his annual New Year's Eve special, Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve.

In between his TV gigs, Ryan hosts his own radio show, On Air With Ryan Seacrest, and travels around the country for his non-profit, the Ryan Seacrest Foundation.

In May, he opened his 13th Seacrest Studios facility inside Cohen Children's Hospital in New Hyde Park, New York.

The U.S. Sun caught up with Adam Cohen of SNAX-Sational Brands, who shared insight on how the star juggles it all and his work with the foundation.

Adam's brands support the Ryan Seacrest Foundation with initiatives and donations year round from their best-selling Cookie Pop, Candy Pop and Cereal Pop popcorn brands, in which a percentage of all sales also benefits the charity.

"I sometimes wonder myself, but from the amount of time I spend working with his family and this foundation, I mean, I would say it's probably the top priority," Adam told The U.S. Sun exclusively at The Ned Nomad in New York City on November 10.

The Chief Marketing Officer went on to say that Ryan "makes all the time in the world" for his foundation, which is something Adam gets to witness first-hand.

"While Ryan is such a big presence with his TV career, his radio career, the love of his whole family, I think [fans] would be surprised to know that it's a family affair," Adam shared, referring to the RSF.

"His mother [Constance], father [Gary], and sister [Meredith] and he are doing all this work, this work to give back in these children's hospitals."

The Snaxpert continued: "They're very humble about that. I think it's nice for us to be out there and talk to it and talk to how we support it... And the kids just love it and the hospitals love it."

Ryan teased that a 14th Seacrest Studios facility will be opening up at the Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah, next month.

The former Live With Kelly and Ryan host will be taking over for Pat Sajak after his June 2024 retirement.

Ryan spoke about taking on the new role: "I'm truly humbled to be stepping into the footsteps of the legendary Pat Sajak.

"I can say, along with the rest of America, that it's been a privilege and pure joy to watch Pat and Vanna on our television screens for an unprecedented 40 years."

He continued in a statement: "Pat, I love the way you've always celebrated the contestants and made viewers at home feel at ease. I look forward to learning everything I can from you during this transition."

Adam told The U.S. Sun that he's "excited" to see Ryan on Wheel of Fortune, especially being a huge fan of the show.

He explained why it's a great fit for the radio personality: "I mean, one thing I find that's so amazing about him, and maybe it's through seeing him at these children's hospitals is that I think he is who he is so interested about life and people.

"I think he really loves to be in a situation where he is meeting people randomly that's not through maybe the just platform of entertainment, not just celebrity."

RYAN'S GUILTY PLEASURE

Cookie Pop and Candy Pop, part of SNAX-Sational Brands, recently announced their gingerbread house decorating contest giveaway in partnership with the Ryan Seacrest Foundation for #GivingTuesday.

A portion of all proceeds gets donated to the non-profit, and the winners will receive a six-month supply of the candy popcorn.

The brand recently released their holiday flavors iced gingerbread and peppermint hot chocolate.

Adam was shocked to learn how big of a fan Ryan is of the popcorn.

He explained: "We didn't even know about it... He was just chilling out - and you could see it on his Instagram feed in a reel - he was just chilling out eating Cereal Pop Cocoa Pebbles in between takes at American Idol.

"When I saw that, it just blew me away. I mean, he's a big fan of popcorn, for sure."

When asked how Ryan stays so fit while indulging in the sweet treat, Adam explained: "All of our flavors are 150 calories per serving and low sodium. So, I like to call it a 'better for you indulgent.'"
