Boise, ID (CBS2) — Thursday evening Planned Parenthood released a statement on the Idaho Supreme Court's decision to uphold the state's near-total abortion ban.
Planned Parenthood claimed the laws offend constitutional principles such as equal protection and due process, the high court justices noted.
In a statement on Facebook and Twitter Plan Parenthood says "The Idaho Supreme Court just upheld the state's abortion bans and dismissed our legal challenges. If you need an abortion, you still have options. We're here to help you access care,
and we'll never stop fighting to recover our rights."
