IPHONE DEFECTIVE CHIP LAWSUIT – UP TO $349
If you're a US resident and owned an iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus, you may be eligible to receive a payout.
Apple is set to pay out $35 million to settle a class action lawsuit regarding defective chips in some of those phones.
Those affected can receive up to $349 from the tech giant if they meet certain criteria.

Apple should send you an email to notify you about compensation.
You need to have owned an iPhone 7 or 7 Plus between September 16, 2016, and January 3, 2023, and have paid out to get the defective chip fixed.
If Apple hasn't contacted you but you think you've been affected by this, email to make your claim.
The deadline to respond and receive your payout is June 3, 2024.

The deadline to submit a claim in this Verizon administrative charge class action lawsuit is April 15, 2024.
If you submit proof you're affected, the payout is said to be up to $100.
The $100 million class action settlement regards Verizon customers being billed for unfair "administrative fees."
These hidden fees were not said to be properly disclosed to customers.
Verizon has not admitted wrongdoing but agreed to a $100 million settlement fund.
"Anyone who is a current or prior post-paid wireless or 'data' subscriber of Verizon services, and was charged an 'Administrative Charge' or an Administrative and Telco Recovery charge at any point between January 1, 2016 through November 8, 2023," is affected, according to OpenClassActions.com.
Affected Verizon users should have received an email or letter about the lawsuit.

AMC+ STREAMING PRIVACY LAWSUIT – PAYOUT VARIES
A fourth class action lawsuit involves AMC+ streaming customers.
The deadline to claim this settlement is April 9, 2024.
AMC+ was said to violate the Video Privacy Protection Act.
That means customer third-party data was given to third parties without their consent.
