The 13,440-square-foot property was built in 1948.

A source close to Mike exclusively told The U.S. Sun: "It used to be a car restoration building and then Mike Wolfe bought it.

“He has employees who work on bicycles and more in the garage section. Mike has his cars and motorcycles here on display. He has motorcycles, bikes, cars and antiques he finds on the show.”

Exclusive photos obtained by The U.S. Sun show the work area, as bikes are in the process of repair.

There is also a merchandise shop that sells shirts, hats, oil cans, mugs, and more goods.

Outside of the store are two vintage gas pumps.

There are also various vintage cars and motorcycles from Mike’s personal collection on display, including a black Ford Model A, a red Porsche, a beige 1934 Ford Coupe, an Indian motorcycle, and more.

Mike also hosts Columbia, Coffee, and Cars in the spring, summer, and fall months.

A second source told The U.S. Sun fans could expect to meet Mike at the garage during business hours, which are every Friday to Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm.

The insider said: “Mike tries to go to Columbia Motor Alley when it's open. He takes the time to talk to everyone who visits.”

The U.S. Sun previously obtained photos of Mike chatting with guests and taking them for a ride in the sidecar of one of his motorcycles.

Fans who can’t make it to Columbia Motor Alley could expect to see it on the small screen, as the first source told The U.S. Sun: “We film here. December will be the first time in a while they’ll be filming in here. It’ll be for American Pickers.”

A description of the business on the website reads: “Mike’s love of transportation history and historic preservation comes together in Columbia Motor Alley, a 1947 Chevrolet dealership.

“We hope this passion project inspires others to look at these forgotten places and imagine what they could be again.”
