Posting on social media, Kiki shared the things she would do differently if she were to get pregnant again.

Firstly, she opened up about her regret of having a baby shower, as she said: “No baby shower. It caused me so much stress and arguments with people because they wanted things to be done their way.

“Sorry but it’s my day, not yours.

“So yeah, I will not be wasting money on one next time.”

She then spoke about her regret of telling people her due date, as she noted: “Not telling anyone my due date or when I go into labour.

“I hated everyone texting me asking if baby is here and constantly annoying me blowing up my phone whilst I was in labour.”

Kiki then discussed some other things that she now wished she hadn’t done - including having visitors soon after her son was born, and announcing her pregnancy early.

She claimed that if she was to have another child, she would have: “No visitors for the first two to four weeks.

“I needed time to heal and recover and people only came over just to hold the baby and then leave.”

She explained that she would also: “Try and breastfeed for longer or at least a good six months.

“Be a lot more healthier during pregnancy and actually do the little exercises to help me in labour.

“Not announce my pregnancy until after 20 weeks.

“Don’t start doing too much just after I’ve given birth.

“Accept the fact my body won’t just bounce back straight away and I need to take the time to heal and rest.”

Not only this, but Kiki also explained that if she were to have another child, she would be aware to ask for guidance and assistance from those around her.

She revealed: “Ask for help when I need it, especially when it comes to my mental health.

“I didn’t realise the strain it would have on me being a first time mum and how overwhelming it can all be.”

Finally, she advised other parents: “Keep the name a secret until your baby is born.

“You just don’t need people’s opinions.”

Kiki’s TikTok clip, which was shared under the username @kirangajjarx, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it was shared just three days ago, but has quickly gone viral and has now amassed a staggering 1.5 million views.

Social media users agreed with Kiki’s advice and were eager to share this in the comments.

One mother explained: “Great advice.”

Whilst another chimed in: “Agree 100 percent with all of this.”

At the same time, many parents shared their thoughts on telling others their name choices.

One person said: “Heavy on not sharing my names. The amount of people who criticised my name choices. It actually hurt my feelings. So I stopped sharing anything.”

Another added: “The name thing I 100% agree with, why do people have such an option over what I'm calling my child, I keep saying I have no names picked this time.”

A third commented: “The pressure everyone puts on you to just reveal their name. Only for them to criticise their name right after. My in-laws and sisters did that to us.”
