A WOMAN with a small chest wasn't letting her workplace force her into wearing a bra.
The young professional doesn't feel the need to wear the underwear while on the clock and sees no issue with a bit of nipple showing through her dress.

"Just need a few opinions to be honest," the woman, Milly Samways (@millysamways16), said in her TikTok video where she detailed what went down at work.
"Obviously if you live in the UK at the minute it's approximately 30 plus degrees, it is really hot.
"I've come into work wearing this," she motioned at her body and angled the camera to show off her full fit. She wore a solid green bodycon dress and black sandals.
"Fine, appropriate. And someone at my office has just said to me 'do you think it's appropriate that you're not wearing a bra today?'"

"Hun, I'm part of the itty bitty t*tty committee. Nothing is falling out of this," she stressed.
She looked to her female viewers for some opinions and support.
"Girls, do you think this is acceptable to be discriminated... that I don't have a bra on? It doesn't make a difference.
"If it's a nipple thing or whatever, boys have nipples, boys don't wear bras.

"I have nipples, you kind of see my nipples, sort it out," she said, showing how unimportant the situation seemed to be to her.
As requested, a couple of women left their two cents in the comments section of the clip.
"There is no issue with it!! They shouldn’t even be looking," one wrote.
"I can’t believe they said that! Who cares!" a second said.
"That’s so bad they said that," another added.
"They shouldn't have been staring at your chest! I wouldn't see a problem with it at all. I know some organizations still impose stupid dress codes," a fourth weighed in.
"They are being inappropriate, it's none of their business," a final person wrote.
