WHEN one dad opened his Father's Day card, he probably didn't expect the gift tucked inside would radically change his sex life.
The celebratory surprise was unexpected – and would alter the "manscape" of his nether regions forever.

Of course, Ohio mom Cyndi Austin was probably surprised, too, when the clip of the exchange she posted to TikTok last year received over 4million views.
At eight months pregnant when Father's Day rolled around in 2021, Cyndi needed to find the perfect gift for her husband, already dad to a preschool-aged son, Ben.
When she handed him an envelope, Eric didn't seem to suspect the gift inside would be an untraditional Father's Day present.
Ben looked on as Eric opened his card, and it's probably a blessing the boy was too young to read it.

Eric laughed when he saw the card, which read, in bold letters, "YOUR PULL OUT GAME IS WEAK."
Inside, Eric found a pamphlet on vasectomies, and an appointment card: Cyndi had lovingly scheduled a consultation for him.
The message inside the card read, "Happy Father's Day!" accompanied by a cheerful image of a swimming sperm.
Cyndi signed the card, "Love, Your Very Pregnant Wife." In a caption, she added cheeky commentary.

"His appt is Thursday," she confirmed. "Your girl ain't playin'."
In the comments section, Cyndi reassured viewers that the couple had been discussing a vasectomy for a long time, so the silly surprise didn't blindside Eric.
Still, some people weren't charmed by Cyndi's generosity.
"That’s not a gift," one critic wrote. "If you think it is that’s pretty messed up."

"So when's the divorce?" scathed another.
"Imagine if he made an appointment for you to get your tubes tied? Would be a totally different vibe," one concerned person wrote.
"I can't have that done, which is why he is doing it," Cyndi clarified.
But even more commenters were thrilled for the couple, and some said they'd received similar "gifts" from partners.
"My husband had his on my birthday," one woman wrote. "Best gift I ever got!"
"This was my Mother's Day gift," shared another.
Even those who wouldn't want to receive a similar gift had a good sense of humor about the situation.
