A CURVACIOUS woman has revealed the undergarment that she swears by for workouts since she stopped wearing bras.
The self-proclaimed “thick baddie” explained that she doesn’t want her breasts moving while she’s exercising but she isn’t willing to wear a sports bra to the gym.

She took to the social media platform to reveal how she avoids wearing a bra despite having big boobs.
“Big bitty hack for the gym (no bra),” read the text over the video.
The fitness fanatic looked visibly excited as she revealed that it had been a while since she last went to the gym.

“Get your a** up and go to the gym with me [screams],” she said.
“I screamed because I go to the gym three to four times a week and your girl has not been going to the gym for two weeks due to Fashion Weeks so girl let’s slay.”
Ashe danced around her living room with one arm in the air as she yelled about wanting to film herself on the treadmill.
She told her followers that she didn’t have a new outfit for a try-on video but still wanted to show them what she wears.

“For the top, listen I’m not a bra girl anymore,” she said while gripping her chest.
“I haven’t been a bra girl since the whole let the boobs out revolution.
“So for the gym instead of me wearing a bra and feeling extremely uncomfortable I wear Skims or Spandex.
“Because if I can go like this and they don’t move we’re okay.”
Ashe bounced her body in a circular motion to show that her breasts were quite secure in the bodysuit.
She shrugged as if proving that the garment was just as supportive as a sports bra.
“I be running like this so they have to stay still,” she said. “That’s what I do to keep them light, tight, and comfortable.”
