Drones dropping adult toys on rooftops and traffic lights in Oklahoma City spark chaos as cops hunt suspect behind prank

A PRANKSTER has sparked chaos in a US city after dropping a range of colorful sex toys from the sky. 

Police in Moore, Oklahoma, were alerted to the bizarre prank, understood to involve drones, on Thursday.

Officers have been taking the matter seriously, and are currently investigating the situation.

"The Moore Police Department does not condone the actions of this individual and finds the prank inappropriate," Moore Police told local Fox affiliate KOKH.

Officers revealed that they might press charges or give municipal to the prankster for the incident.

The toys were dropped on several businesses, rooftops, traffic lights, as well as well as different street intersections.

Public Information Officer Clint Byley claims six items were discovered in the area, per local Fox affiliate KOKI-TV. 

A video of the incident was first shared on Facebook, leading the officers to believe a drone had caused this havoc.

Thanks to City Public Works employees, all of the known items have been taken down.

However, the paraphernalia has already created a stir within the community.

Many residents took to social media to share their thoughts.

"Whoever did this...I want to be best friends with you," one Facebook commenter wrote on the What's Up Moore Facebook page.

"Now I want to drive around and find 'em," said another.

The story has gained traction outside of Oklahoma City, with people on X, (formerly known as Twitter) commenting on the situation as well.

"Hey, are y'all okay in Moore? People started noticing the sex toys, placed by drones, earlier today. WHO IS DOING THIS?" one person wrote.

"I’m only angry because I didn’t think of that first," another person claimed.

"Oh my God I thought this was a joke. That's hilarious," A user chimed in.

The U.S. Sun has reached out to the Moore Police Department for comment.
