This month, the soon-to-be mother celebrated her 30th birthday with the star quarterback as well.
"Entering a new decade with so much gratitude. Blessed and thankful for my family and friends who celebrated with me in my new home. I truly have everything I could wish for and have a feeling this next chapter will be the best one yet #30," she noted on social media.
"So much to love in this post! Welcome to 30 club my love," Prescott replied.
Ramos grew up in Tampa, Florida, and attended Florida State University, where she studied criminalistics and criminal science.
She's currently a wine and spirits specialist representing Moet Hennessy and CEO and founder of SJ Designs.
On game days, she's been seen traveling the country to watch her boyfriend play.
By the looks of her stomach, she's already months into her pregnancy.
Ramos did not announce an expected birth date for the child.
