WILD scenes followed Creighton's historic victory over Connecticut with home fans storming the court to celebrate beating the No. 1 team in college basketball.
The No. 15 Bluejays claimed an 85-66 win on Tuesday, coming out on top against a top-ranked team for the first time ever.

Creighton built a 23-point lead against the defending champions with 10 minutes left on the clock.
UConn then went on an 18-5 run to cut the deficit to 10.
But the hosts prevailed as they allowed the Huskies to knock down just one bucket in the last four minutes and 40 seconds of the clash.
Bluejays fans stormed the court as soon as the buzzer sounded.

And basketball fans celebrated with them on social media.
"I love when this s**t happens, it’s like a rush of endorphins. I can’t wait for March Madness," one wrote.
"Crazy," another added.
"This is why we love college basketball," a third said.

UConn head coach Dan Hurley seemed particularly frustrated with the loss, which snapped his team's 14-game winning streak.
Video footage later emerged that showed Hurley seemingly telling a Creighton fan "I'll knock you out" on his way to the locker room.
It's unclear what caused the Huskies coach's outburst.

"Your huddles aren't going to be super energized when you haven't lost in two-plus months.
"We were definitely stunned. This wasn't the game we expected, we knew this was a dangerous game and a quality opponent and one of the better teams in the country.
"But we didn't expect this to happen."
