A WALMART customer has shared her grievances when shopping at the store, sharing four of her primary concerns.
She aired her complaints on TikTok, right after completing a Walmart shopping run.

The video was shared by Rachal Smith (@ms.under.stood), who captioned it, "I need to speak to a manager."
The video showed Smith recording herself with her phone's front camera.
"I'm upset," she said to the camera.
Then she listed four of her primary concerns with shopping at Walmart.

"Because something about shopping for, paying for, loading, and carrying the groceries up the steps myself and then not getting a tip?" she asked.
Rachal was referencing the fact that shoppers are expected to do all of these things as a part of their everyday shopping.
"That doesn't sit right with me," she said.
"Because every time I do a Walmart order, I have to tip my driver! Nobody tips me," she said.

Viewers and followers were quick to agree with her, sharing their encouragement in the comments section.
"And you didn't even get a discount for doing all the work!" wrote someone.
A second person also pitched in.
"I am with you on this queen."
Walmart shoppers often share their grievances with the store.
Some of the main issues their complaints bring up include closed self-checkout kiosks, receipt checks, and even the fact that stores are no longer open 24 hours a day.
Recently, an angry shopper shared his feelings on social media.
"Walmart is doing absolutely everything to keep me out of their f**k ass store," he wrote.

"No longer 24 hours they installed 50 self-checkouts but have them all closed."
"You literally have to go to a clerk & the f*****g greeter actually stops you at the door & looks at your receipt f**k that," he concluded.
